[Gllug] OT: what's up with groklaw ?

Hi all,
I 've noticed something very strange for the past week or so. When I try
to view http://www.groklaw.net in firefox, I just get an RHEL apache test
page. At first I thought the site was down for maintenance, but entering
the site on google and viewing their cache shows the site apparently up
and running !

If I ping the site, here is what I see:

$ ping www.groklaw.net
PING groklaw.ibiblio.org (152.46.7.105) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from groklaw.ibiblio.org (152.46.7.105): icmp_req=1 ttl=51
time=187 ms

Going to any other page on the site but index.php I get a Forbidden error.

Is anyone else seeing the test page or is it just me ?
