If you do that for multiple repos you will get into dependency hell. I
can only talk from a RHEL/CentOS world but there if you would mix two
repos that are not made to be mixed you will get all sorts of
problems. Because package A relies on these dependencies and package B
relies on others but they conflict etc ..

I already mix packages into my own repo at home and for my servers and
it is not such a problem to be honest. And you can do all the admin
stuff with spacewalk.
