The web interface is very nice, but it's more resource hungry than
Exchange.

If you want any of the more "enterprise" features like backups; it's
also more expensive than Exchange.

If you want to use it with mobile devices, we've had issued with Nokias
and the Blackberry (well, BES) support is dire.
