If I was you, I would just go back to the shop and change it.
Mobile phone shops are normally quite good at that sort of thing.
If you did the change from Windows to Android yourself, you are sure
to loose the warrentee.
The biggest risk of moving from one OS to another on the phone is
loosing your IMEI.
