Well, the PROMS are well attended (that is classical music daily for 3
months), one really struggles to get tickets for the Royal Opera House,
some English National Opera or even Holland Park Opera performances.

Some other venues have similarly well attended concerts and seasons all
year round, and as per recorded music we never had more variety and choice.

So the definition of "dead" as "being alive and well" is puzzling to me. I
hope the same definition isn't used for Linux servers :-P
