I should have pointed out that this is not law but only a guideline.
The law is silent on this at the moment. But the point is that if a
vendor is willing to argue over 2 dead pixels and also if 2 dead
pixels falls within this limit, then you could be up for quite a
battle to get this item returned as faulty.
