I must have been to Bletchley 3 or 4 times now, I am rather sorry to see
the Churchhill Museum go to. I was shown around by the guy who's
collection it was, I can't even imagine how he feels now. Bletchley was
this wonderful collection of stuff, I spent very little time looking at
the Code breaking, and lots more time looking at the things that gave it
atmosphere (rather like the design of the main house). How many other
collections have they got rid of? They had many other huts, it was not
as if they needed space. I am not looking forward a narrow "politically
correct" view of coding breaking in a visitors centre populated by
people who have NO clue about code breaking. I do not think I will be
renewing my passport any time soon.
