Forwarded from the Open Rights Group mailing list. It's referring to the
new draft of Investigatory Powers Bill that's just been released after
it was trashed in the various committees.

Anyone with the skills to do this super quickly with a script or bash or
meld? We don't have much time on this.

All the best
Leo

Would anyone like to like to take this text of draft Bill:

https://github.com/scottdavidcraig/UK-Investigatory-Powers-Bill

and create a (public) diff of the new bill? HTML version here:

http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/bills/cbill/2015-2016/0143/cbill_2015-20160143_en_1.htm

This would help with analysis of the text, which lots of people are
attempting at the moment

Time is of the essence of course!
