Open Mesh is fine, but requires perhaps more tinkering than you might 
want in a commercial setting.  They may seem more expensive, but I'd 
heartily recommend UniFi's wifi kit.  It's not far off plug and play and 
scaling is little more than just plugging an extra module in.
