Very much so. I met one man who's never in his life used a CD so was 
unable to install software found on one. I bought the most recent "Doom" 
on DVD only to find it was effectively an installer used to download the 
90% of data that didn't fit on it. And of course, I met a wizened but 
panicked old computer guy who had forgotten a "Disk boot failure" 
message could mean he had left a resources CD in that server from years ago.
