Share with whom? Note that search (+x) permissions will be needed on
every directory in the math to ~/Public for either the group or

Posting what commands you use, what results you get and what results
you expected to get are really the bare minimum of any request for help.
Since you do mention the path ~/Public maybe you could also post the
results of:
$ ls -la ~/Public
Although ~/Public is a bit of a weird directory that sounds like
something you just came up with. Do you actually mean ~/public_html
(note: case sensitive)? Then again your mention of executing things
within the directory make me think unlikely you do mean public_html.
Anyway, more info needed.
