[Gloucs] Phoenix 0.3

Hi folks,

I mentioned in my earlier email a cross platform web browser by the name of Phoenix. I have just 
installed v0.3 and I have to say that I am impressed with it, particularly because it downloaded and 
correctly installed x-java-vm for me! It's worth checking out (IMHO). You can find more info and
