[Gloucs] Electric Eyes and the root window

Thanks Paul, xsetbg is working nicely - I only knew about xsetroot.  When 
people ask me what desktop system I use, I have to answer "Gnome 2...kinda" - 
I just execute sawfish and panel from my .xsession.  Saves turning nautilus 
off when you deny gnome-session a chance to turn it on :-)  Of course, I can 
still use gnome control panels to change things like my GTK settings.  Yay 
modularity!
