The linkchecker I've found and am using now is the imaginatively named
"linkchecker" which I got from the Mandrake 9.0 ftp site (contib
folder).

And might be of use to people. It's a basic, quick command line app
$> linkchecker filename.php
I haven't found how to give it multiple documents yet though.
