In what way was my advice to check the home page not helpful? That may or
may not be the problem, I don't know, but it is worth checking. If the OP
is having problems with pressure being applied by his distribution to pay
them money, the option of changing distributions to a truly free one
(Thomas's suggestion of Debian, for example) is perfectly valid.
