Where in the printer is the paper jam?

The thing with a cleaning page is it's just realy for image quality.

You can purchase special cleaning sheets (about £2-3 each) but if the jam is 
caused by a mechanical fault such as the paper release fingers in the fuser 
unit, then you may just screw up this sheet and wast the cash.

If you can send me a digital photo of the paper jammed in the printer etc
