Are there good/bad days that last week of January (23-27th)? As Jason started the thread, are you interested? Are there good/bad days that weekfor you? Anyone else going to come along?

Well, I can't speak for Glenn but I'm willing to give a quick talk/demo
on VMWare. :)

I've been playing with vnc2swf (I've run it once) which seems like a
good way of capturing something like a VM demo for later presentation
so you don't have those "this bit takes a while, dum de dum, amuse
yourselves" pauses in your talk. You can show a recording of the edited
highlights. Well, I think you can :)

Also, I could show the SME server from contribs.org as a VM machine
(which is about the extent of my playing with it).

As for dates, I'll get back to you on that week. More than likely okay,
but I need to do a little preparation like install and configure VMWare
on my laptop.
