I think there may be some confusion about the usefulness of signing  
*all* email.

Unless you have been given in person [1] the fingerprint and you have  
some physical way of associating a signed email with the person there  
is very little value in signing your email.  I would say [guess] that  
most people do not have the additions to their mail reader to allow  
for a key to be authenticated/downloaded.

Or maybe I should get myself a mail client that pretty prints the pgp  
headers...
