Hello Steve,

Great to hear that the project is not "dead" before born...

I think your are right to mention not to give the users after an
installation party a livelong support. I don't want this and the LUG
cannot do this of course.
But I think, we can give the users the advise to join the GLUG mailing
list or some of the important web addresses where they can find help
if they run in trouble.

Would love to discuss about this on Tuesday but unfortunately I am not
here on Tuesday...
