[Gloucs] Debian 4.0 - How to install and compiz with KDE

Thanks Simon for all your comments to all of my 3 requests, I will
work them through. Compiz, Debian 4 and KDE is a risk to break the
distribution as I have to go for the unstable packages... I will see,
whether I will go this step.
