Probably not, nor can a politician for most of the issues you describe -
it's perfectly legal for a company to sign a commercial agreement with
Microsoft however much you may dislike the fact that they have.

You could join the Open Systems Consortium, which does a lot of good work
in this area, including lobbying MPs. They (the OSC) are undergoing a bit
of a metamorphosis right now, so maybe leave it a month or so.
