Hi Andrew.

It went down,  and then came back again apparently normal.
Then it  displayed a a list of files,  and then reverted to normal.  It 
has been normal ever since.
I guess he may have been working on it.
I understand he  has chaned / is changing jobs.

PS The last time I consulted the ISP "Help line"  the guy was an Asian 
gentleman (in Bradford) who had only heard of Windo$e !
