[Gloucs] ANNOUNCE: GlosLUG February meeting

The next GlosLUG meeting will be on Tuesday February 17th at Message 
Labs, Gloucester.

This month is devoted to "Cool Hacky scripts". Members will talk on 
those little bits of code they have hacked together to do a job but 
could now not do without.

Andrew Oakley and Barbie are confirmed speakers.

Andrew's talks are:

* GetRAM - create your own podcast feed of BBC radio programmes,
recorded from the RealAudio streams, converted to MP3 using MPlayer and
then fed to an RSS feed.

* LoadGuest/SaveGuest - Set up a customised Gnome session for a guest
user, have that user log in and have all their changes disappear when
they log out.

Barbie's talks are:

* database remote backup script
* XHTML website validation script
* camera to HDD copy script [1]
* editor backup file removal script

[1] this also uses EXIF data to correctly adjust portrait/landscape 
photos, as well fix the timestamps.

If you also have something to share please treat this as an 'open mic' 
night and bring your talk with you. We'll try and fit it in.
