If you don't mind running it outside the browser you could try
get-flash-videos (http://code.google.com/p/get-flash-videos/).

(Personally I use vimperator as my browser and have it configured to
play the video on the current page via a keypress. So I don't need
flash installed -- although I do have flashblock installed to stop
firefox asking me to install flash for every page which uses it. But
obviously that's not to everyone's taste).
