[Gloucs] Netbooks or thin clients without OS preinstalled, or good Micro ATX cases

I've been looking for a netbook or desktop semi-thin client as a
"kitchen computer"; web browsing, Xvid & Flash video watching and
Freeview via USB adapter. I saw this from Novatech in Bristol this
morning:

http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/laptop/range/x10.html

...which looks like yer bog standard Intel Atom netbook with WiFi,
webcam, SDHC reader, 1024x600 screen etc. for 210 quid delivered, and
most importantly without an OS preinstalled and a genuine discount over
the MS Windows installed version (240 quid).

Anyone know of any better deals?

I'd also look at building my own if I could find a suitable Micro ATX
case that took full-height PCI cards and a full size PSU, yet was not
totally ugly nor huge. (If I'm going to build my own, I want the ability
to upgrade, hence Micro ATX not ITX, and full-height PCI not half-height
or daughterboard)
