[Gloucs] Local webhost recommendations?

I'm considering moving webhosts - and woud like to keep it local -
preferrably a smallish outfit, as it's good to keep things local and benefit
local companies - and the possible SEO bump from hosting locally.

I have a low/medium traffic site with Joomla - any recommendations?

Fasthosts came to mind of course - but just in-case there's a company out
there you're waiting to rave about.. shout now!
