[Gloucs] Talk for September meeting

That'd be good. I'm using Xen in anger at the moment, but when the GLUG got
the guy from Red Hat in last year I learned loads. Do it!

I've never had great performance from KVM/QEMU, any chance of showing us
your views on this?
