A P.S to my first message - my guess is that it would help greatly with
attendance if there were a lot more notice of the meetings. I appreciate
that they have been hard to arrange of late, and of necessity a tad last
minute, but one or two days before the meeting gives folks virtually no
chance of re-arranging things to fit.
