Hi John,
I live near Cleeve, within easy cycling distance, so can pop over and 
have a look this weekend?
Do you know what NAS it is? Although I have a very small amount of 
exposure to NAS's in
general, I'm expecting it's accessible via network (user/admin/pw 
required, at least until its fixed?),
or even a console of some kind?
As it's a charity and it's Linux/LUG related I don't expect any 
remuneration.
