[Herefordshire] usage of the college as a venue

i have a provisional  OK on the use of one of the college rooms (12
pc's)
as a venue for our meets.

we wil need to bring discs such as knoppix , mandrake move etc.
personal computers may be brought in but will not be allowed on the
netwok due to virus worries.

i know linux does not have the same risks but my boss is concerned
about dual boot machines.

also i am afraid thursdays are out for now so, which other day is
good?

i will need to book the room soon so please dont be shy in responding.

i can make as many live cd's as required so i will make at least 12.
