Hi John

Mailman (what lug.org.uk uses to run our mail-list) is not the easiest
of systems for users I have to admit, but it generally works very well.

Just in case, the info hasnt got to everyone, there have been 'issues'
with many of the lug.org.uk sites and mailing lists recently. This is
beyond our control and is due to lug.org.uk installing a new server that
had some teething issues.

Things seem to be settling down better now, but that is why mails were
taking some time to get to the list.

John,

I'm sure there is some CNC linux software out there as I remember a
webpage all about it. QCAD is quite decent, but lacks a dwg import which
is a shame. There are some commercial CAD software that runs on Linux,
but its not cheap !!
