Perhaps I wasn't clear, on the asus a8n boards the chipset (not cpu) is not
passively cooled like on most motherboards, it has a small fan. the CPU
cooler usually comes with the cpu, or separately. You can replace the chipset
cooler, it's not as straightforward as changing cpu cooler though.
