[Herefordshire] Payments

Hello all,

I think we need to get something straight.

The HLUG has no money or resources as such. We are not in a position to pay
anyone anything. Voluntary or on the spot whip rounds have a nasty habit of
not working.

Our meetings at HCT are courtesy of Box and the management there. Julian or
I need top clear it with them first.  Suggestions are very welcome but can
you float the ideas first before actually arranging/committing us to
something.
