Hi Noel,
Xine or MPlayer (or one of their frontends, kaffeine for example) should play
it.
You might need to install w32codecs from a package repository for your
distribution. The packman yast repository for SuSE has these packages of
questionable legality, Not using mandrake I don't know what repository you
would use but i'm told http://plf.zarb.org/ should have them.
