OK What is the format of the files.?????? If you cant open them Id expect
that you havent got the correct codec.
Have you tried opening the files in your media player ? if so does it play
or do you get errors?????

Hello,
I did not make plain the problem. I have not burnt these files to a DVD as
I do not have a suitable writer. So these files are currently on the
desktop and I would like to play them from there if at all possible.
Clicking on them has no effect, other than to bring up the 'associate with'
routine.
Thanks,
Noel.
