[HLUG] Group Project - Suggestions please

A bit late, but here's a couple of suggestions for starters:

* Speech synthesis system for speech-impaired person: allows sentences 
to be built up from basic phrases using a keyboard of some sort
* Hard drive mileometer: an app that scans a computer's (or network's) 
hard drives for SMART info, and reports how many hours each drive has 
been running
