Sorry, thought someone else had answered this.

There has always been some odd problem with the HLUG site and Windows. 
I've no idea why - they are quite strange lots of flickering and issues 
with the wiki.

With Firefox on Windows, I think the problems go away. It may be 
Internet Explorer doesn't support some of the CSS (cascading style 
sheets ) on the website.
