[HLUG] Ubuntu repositories on a disc/stick?

Aha, very interesting, thankyou. Next, I wonder how to determine and 
gather all the necessary libraries etc. that any particular package 
requires? It would be a pain if the owners of the poor old dialup PC 
didn't get all the support files required per package.
