[HLUG] New LUGMaster

Hi All,

So my tenture of LUGMaster ends now.  I only had one response to to my 
request for someone to lead this group, so I pleased to announce that 
Julian will be taking over operation of the group from this point forward.

I would like to wish Julian all the best and am confident he can take 
the LUG confidently into the future.
