I'd highly recommend Zen.  There employ good knowledgeable people on
the front line support and don't run away screaming when your not
using Windows.  Their very open about the network status which can be
viewed anywhere http://status.zensupport.co.uk/ and extremely good
portal to view information about your connections.  They don't block
any ports and also offer static IPs *for free* which will be helpful
if you need to run OpenVPN.

I've been using them for about 5 years and have never (knowingly) had
a connectivity problem with them (BT on the otherhand...).
