[HLUG] Error 403 accessing HLUG website

An update, we were/are one of the first 3 LUG's to get access to our
webspace back.

So I have SFTP, user and passwd but not much time to set it up.

Hopefully, given a little time, it'll be setup again just like it was
before.

I think the current 403 problem, is a strange one .. it should just have
a page explaining what happened to the LUG sites, but for some reason,
this isnt happening.
