[HLUG] webpage back up

Hi

I've had a few mins to put back at least a little of our web presence.
As you may know, lug.org.uk had a hack attempt on their main server, so
they have totally rebuilt it, but so far without MySQL available.

So for now, we have a 1990's style single webpage, but its better than
nothing ;-)

Details of our next meeting are on there, along with the signup link to
the mailing list. Hopefully, when we get MySQL access back, we can look
to resurrect our old site.
