[HLUG] dell mini 10v ubuntu netbook

I think it's much better to have a 10V battery than anything over 12V 
because a simple step-down device should be available for charging from a 
car cig lighter. Maybe Maplin has one which doesn't involve an inverter with 
a motor running inside it.
