[HLUG] February Linux User Group Meeting - This Weds !

Hi George

We're at the Simpson Hall and having the meeting, and updating the
website. There are so many people here, they can't all fit in and some
have gone to the pub instead ;-)

I wondered as someone asked whether we could/should setup some kind of
virtual meeting system too, in addition to our physical meetings ? That
way lug members working away from home, unable to get over to Hereford
can still join in. The plan is that virtual meetings take place at the
same time as our monthly meetings, or on set times every week ?

We are thinking about using a free IRC server for Internet relay chat
for the LUG, and possibly a web cam here ... ?/

Any thoughts, suggestions ?
