[HLUG] EXT3 from windows

i asked how to read my ext3 partition from windows xp,
one solution could be:
Explore2fs
from
http://www.chrysocome.net/explore2fs

but i dont think it integrates with windows explorer, which is what i'd 
like...


somewhere at nixcraft it says:
it does not enforce security permission from windows operating system.
 so does that mean you can use it to read other people's data?
