[HLUG] Undelete in Linux

Hi

Has anyone got any experience of undeleting files in Linux ? Supposedly, 
it can't be done in EXT3, but this post

wrote to support this appear to claim that you can ..

I have an Acronis  disk image about 10 mins after I deleted some Virtual 
Box snapshots that appear to have been deleted other bits it should 
have, so wondering if I can restore my image, then use this script ....
