Hello all,

I recently joined the mailing list, so thought I'd drop a short email to
introduce myself.

I'm originally from Hereford (born & bred), though I currently work for a
company based out of Swansea.  I only work from Hereford sometimes, but I
thought it would be a useful way to network with similar Linux folk around
Hereford.

My work's a blend of science & software development - for hospital and
university MRI medical imaging systems.  A lot of these are Linux based
(mostly Red Hat), and we also deploy our own cross-platform software on
Windows, Mac and Linux (we test as many Linux distributions as possible
although the majority of Linux systems we deal with are RH or Ubuntu).  I
also run Ubuntu on my own computer, so my Linux interest is both work and
personal.
