Just to let everyone know that after discussion it was decided to go
for 

Herefordshire Open Source Day 

with a tag line of

Free Software Event supporting Open Document Formats


we will now start the main business of creating the publicity material
and contacting organisations to advertise the event 

So if you are 
willing to get involved with the preparation for the event 
can offer some time on the day
can suggest someone we should add to our mailing list
or just have some useful ideas for the event
