Hi
We do NOT use Captcha on our forms at all - might seem surprising as we look after sales promotions for some of the world largest Brand companies and process tens of thousands of online claims each month. Spam is filtered into traps and it is rare for it to be problematic. When a promotion goes viral, the server requests rocket - much more of a problem.

Hi Tim,
Captcha may be a pain but I really dislike spammers. The bots and human spammers have to work harder at making my life a misery and that suits. Once someone has posted an approved comment or joined the site they don't get the captcha again. This captcha version is also helping decode scanned books so they can be reliably digitized - prompted by Pete.
