Good stuff Tim !

When I first enquired about two years ago, the lady on the reception
said that if we didnt want to book a paid for room, we would be ok to
use the cafe bar. It was her idea in the first place.

I think Pete is right we ought to take it up with the management, as
we dont want to lose the venue, but for time being we try somewhere
else

The courtyard probably isnt a bad bet. It can be busy, on interval
times however .... which would be around 9 ish, but at least theres no
kick out time
